The fine print, in plain English
- Points are credited after completed travel, on bookings made while signed in.
- 1 point per $1 paid, multiplied by your tier at the time of travel.
- Redeem in 20-point increments; points can cover up to 50% of a fare.
- Points expire 24 months after they are earned. Redeeming requires a verified email.
- Tiers never drop more than one level per year.
