Do I need to print my ticket?
No — show the e-ticket on your phone. A booking number is enough at check-in.
How can I pay?
KHQR (scan with any Cambodian banking app) or Visa/Mastercard. Payment confirms your seats instantly.
Can I book without an account?
Yes — book as a guest with just a name, phone and email. Sign in to earn Ibis Rewards points.
Can I cancel my booking?
Unpaid bookings can be cancelled online any time before departure (seats release immediately). Paid tickets are non-refundable but exchangeable once within 1 year — contact us at least 24h before departure.
Is hotel pickup available?
Complimentary pickup from listed partner hotels and guesthouses on day services, when booked at least one day ahead. Not available for night departures.
What is the luggage allowance?
One carry-on plus up to two stored pieces totalling 25 kg. Extra luggage may be charged.
Do infants need a ticket?
Infants travel free on lap for local routes; $15 per infant on international routes. Children 3+ need a full ticket.
What about visas for cross-border routes?
For Phnom Penh–Ho Chi Minh you MUST hold a valid Vietnam visa before boarding (it cannot be issued at the border). Thailand crossings handle visas at Poipet/Cham Yeam.
How do Ibis Rewards points work?
Signed-in bookings earn 1 point per $1 after travel completes. Redeem at checkout at 20 points = $1, up to 50% of a fare. Points are valid 24 months.
